Shipping Information
We are excited to offer a flight nanny service! We meet the flight nanny at the airport along with your puppy and all necessary paperwork. The flight nanny travels with your puppy in the main cabin as a chaperone, keeping close watch on your puppy at all times. Once they have reached your destination, the flight nanny hands your puppy directly to you. We also offer ground shipping within the Continental U.S. only. Our shippers give individual attention to the puppies/dogs under their care. Most states are included in their route. For those customers whose state is not included we recommend that you purchase a round trip ticket to the Southwest Regional Airport in Albany, GA. We will make arrangements to meet you with your puppy. Another option is to book a flight into Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport, take a Groome shuttle to Warner Robins, GA. We will meet you at Groome's. Plan for at least a 5-hour layover between your arrival and departure flights so we can go over all the necessary paperwork, including a Health Certificate for your puppy to travel back home with you. The airlines allow pets to travel in a soft-sided pet carrier (on your lap or under your seat) in the main seating area of the plane. Your airline of choice will require an additional companion fee, so be sure to check with your airline ahead of time. We will continue to meet the needs of our GA customers if they are unable to come out to our home to pick up their puppy for a flat fee of $75, up to 1 hour from our home. Any additional mileage will be .60/mile one way. Our return trip home is on us.
The balance due on your puppy must be paid in full before the puppy leaves us. If shipping is required, the balance due on your puppy plus shipping charges must be paid one week (7 days) before the scheduled ship date. If payment is not received before the ship date the puppy will not be shipped that week. Any puppy kept for longer than 1 week after the recommended pick-up date for that litter will be re-homed, no exceptions, no refund will be given. (unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon)

We offer two easy ways to pay online. To make a payment using Square, select the "pay now" button you need and follow the prompts to send a secure payment. To make a payment using Venmo scan the QR code using the app on your smartphone. All major credit cards are accepted!
